VENUE
ICAMPAM 2013 will take place at the UMass Amherst Conference Center on the UMass Amherst campus. A commercial exhibition will be held in conjunction with the Conference, and will be open from 9 am Monday June 17th until noon on Wednesday June 19th. Delegates will have multiple opportunities to view exhibits and all breaks will be held in the hall area.
 
PROFILE OF ATTENDANCE

Approximately 350-400 participants are expected to attend ICAMPAM 2013 building on the success of the previous ICAMPAM held in Rotterdam (2008) and Glasgow (2011). The previous conferences have been well attended by delegates, representing 26 countries. Approximately 80% of delegates were from Europe and 10% were from North America. These delegates represented a range of professional backgrounds including academic, medical and public health fields.

THE UMASS HOTEL AT THE CAMPUS CENTER
A block of rooms has been reserved at the UMass Hotel at the Campus Center. Exhibitors should contact the hotel directly and reference group code 61613C before May 17th, 2013, to secure their reservation and receive the discounted rate. Both single and double occupancy rooms are available for $125 per room, per night (plus applicable taxes and fees, currently 11.7% plus $1.00 per room, per night). AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES
There are multiple airport shuttle services that service the Amherst area. Both Valley Transporter and Seemo Shuttle offer group and private airport transportation services to and from Bradley, Logan and New York airports. Century Limousines offers passenger limousine services to and from Bradley, Logan and T.F. Green airports. Interested exhibitors should contact the shuttle service directly to make reservations. It is understood, however, that the packages detailed below may not necessarily meet each company’s individual requirements, therefore, other sponsorship opportunities to complement specific marketing objectives can be considered. Acknowledgements
It is the express intention of the Conference Organizing Committee to ensure that participating companies receive the highest recognition in return for their generous support.

All sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged on the Congress website, in the Final Program and on acknowledgement boards at the Congress. Therefore we ask you to forward your company logo (in eps 300dpi format) in both black and white and color versions to scott.crouter@umb.edu.

In order to maximize the exhibitor’s exposure to the delegates, the coffee and lunch service stations will be located within the exhibition hall.
